Diary #12

Today we went to a big football stadium and got to look inside it and sit in the special seats that the managers sit it. There was a man called Jo gave us a tour around the stadium and took us up to the directors box as well. After that we went to Costco which is a big department store near the stadium. We bought some stuff and then had pizza and Callum had a fruit ice cream YUMMM. We went to my great Nana and Granddads and they bought us a meal from the Ragley.
Goodbye

Diary #11

Today we went to Matlock and went on a cable car to get to the special caves that you can go into and it was really fun. In the caves there is a thing called calcite it changes colour depending on what minerals that are in the earth like copper (green), iron (orange), or fluorspar (blue). We also learned about Led mining and children started mining at the age of 7 in the 1700 and even the women did mining and heaved and hoed the winches and pulled them up in whatever weather with NO shelter WHATSOEVER !
Still having fun.

Diary #10

Today we went to Alton Towers and I went on nearly all the rides.
Please google pictures of all the rides that I am mentioning :
The Nemesis
Air
Hex
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory the Ride
Oblivion
Enterprise
The Chairoplanes
We were there all day and I won. A green pig, a teddy in an orange top and a mini monster and he was called this when I bought him 'Hermit the Frog' Callum my brother won 2 other soft toys and they were a yellow poo and a teddy bear with a heart on his head. My favourite ride was Air because instead of sitting in a seat you face the ground and your feet are in the air and you also go on your back as well and you are looking up at the sky for some of the ride and it goes really fast.
Having loads and loads of fun.

Diary #5

Today my Uncle Derek took us to the Historic Flight and the Fleet Air Arm Museum to see the planes and we had lots of fun. I also got to sit in two planes, one was called the Sea Fury and the other was called Grob Tutor. I also got to try on the commanding officers pilot helmet. Connor Campbell showed us round the 727 Squadron hangar. Later on we went to the swordfish cafe to have lunch and I had a pasty and chips with tango as my drink. After that we went to the Fleet Air Arm Museum to go and see more planes and I did a quiz all the way through hall 2. All of us got to go in the Concorde that was the fastest plane in the world until it was withdrawn from service. It was faster than the speed of sound and you could go from London to New York in just under three hours and that is really fast. We came back after that and went to an Olympic sized swimming pool for a swim and each length is 50 metres. I did  8 lengths in that pool. I missed something out and we went to my Nana's work which is at a library at Millfield school and to get into that school you have to pass an exam. Some of the buildings at Millfield are an art building all dedicated to art and sculptures and a music room dedicated to music and how to play it.
Still having lots of fun.

Diary #4

Today I went to go and get my feet measured and they said that I was a size 4 a half and they we're completely wrong I was a size 5. I learned that feet are different shapes so therefor the size that you are measured isn't always the size of shoes that fit. Mum and Dad also went to Taunton to get a special jacket that dad has been talking about for the whole week. It was called a Rab jacket and Dad said it cures the Flu. That night Mum, Uncle Gaffy and Uncle Tom all made dinner together and it was Nachos and it was YUM.
Still having lots of fun.

Diary #3

Here are all the things that we did today :

1. The Plasticine models
The first Plasticine model is a face that me and my Uncle Tom made together. The second model is a lady bird that I made all by myself. The third is a car that came in a packet that I had to make with plastic bits and Plasticine and it is a car.

2.The Tor
The Glastonbury Tor is a historic tower that is made for observing the flatlands. It is up on a hill with two sides, a steep side and a gradual climb side that would be hard for mountain biking.

3.The Phone Box
The Phone box is an old fashion phone box from the 1970's - 1990's and we also saw one in a cafe that we ate at and it had a girl dummy in it.

4. King Arthur's tomb
King Arthur's tomb is the place where he was ACTUALLY buried then moved later on to a different spot.

Still having lots of fun, so much fun it's boring.
